Step back into the 1800's at the Queen Anne, the first urban bed and breakfast inn in Denver, Colorado. Facing quiet Benedict Fountain Park in the Clement Historic District of downtown Denver are two side-by-side National Register Victorian(1879/1886). They are within easy walking distance of the State Capitol,US mint,16th street Pedestrian Mall, Convention Center, Larimer Square, Many shops, Resturants and museums. Buffet-style breakfast is served in the dining room from 7:15 - 9:00 each morning. You may take a tray to the garden, the sunny front porch, or your room. Colorado wine is served in the dining room or garden from 5:30 - 7:30pm. For added convenience , the hotel offers air-conditioning, free parking, internet access, free local calls and concierge services. There are 14 guestrooms. Of these, four are two-room gallery suites named for famous painters of bygone days (Audubon, Calder, Remington and Rockwell), and show selected examples of their work. There are 10 double rooms. All are individually decorated with period antiques and have private baths, direct dial telephones, writing desk, data lines, piped in chamber music, fresh flowers and growing plants. The suites have cable television. Seven rooms have special tubs/hot tubs; one has a fireplace.
